Just a quick post today since I’ve been getting lots of questions

Here’s my advice if you get a stain.
Please, please, please don’t use household cleaners on any new stains on your carpet. If you can, try getting a wet kitchen paper towel and extract any spots and spills as they happen.
Using various chemicals will in most cases make the stain worse and render it impossible for a professional to remove the stain later on.
If you can, get a professional carpet cleaner in to deal with any spots and stains you may have. This will ensure that the stain is safely removed and the majority of it extracted in the proper way.
Carpet cleaning isn’t difficult, as long as you can get to the stain in time.
